      智利北部外海當地時間星期四晚上，發生規模8.3的強烈地震，主震過後，餘震不斷，有一起規模高達七，三起在六以上，目前已知至少四死，據報導，聖地牙哥北方、一個名叫（伊亞佩爾）的內陸城市，有部份磚造房屋倒塌，一名婦人被壓死。
